Transform Your Life through Middle Way Coaching
Welcome
If you've found your way here, there's likely something in you that's ready for change. Not a complete overhaul- just more clarity and commitment.
Services
Empower Session
Investment: $300
A focused, one-on-one session to bring clarity to what’s really going on—and the commitment to move forward. Together, we’ll find a grounded, honest path you can actually follow.
This is where most people begin. The Empower Session is a 75-minute one-on-one conversation focused on what’s most present and meaningful in your life. You bring what’s real—whether that’s a decision, a pattern, a relationship, or a general sense of feeling off—and we work from there.
My role is to help you:
find clarity on what’s going on beneath the surface
connect to what’s true for you
step into real commitment around what comes next
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about seeing clearly, choosing honestly, and moving forward in a way that lasts.
Most sessions are 75 minutes, though first sessions may extend slightly if needed.
The Middle Way Series
Investment: $995
A short series of sessions to deepen clarity and strengthen your commitment over time. Space to stay with what matters—and build real, lasting momentum.
This is for those who want to go deeper. The Middle Way Series includes four Empower Sessions over the course of up to three months. The focus isn’t frequency—it’s depth and integration.
Between sessions, you’ll have space to reflect, live what we uncover, and return with greater clarity and commitment—allowing the work to take root.
Together, we’ll:
deepen clarity around key areas of your life
strengthen your commitment to what truly matters
create context and containment that will empower you moving forward
This container offers structure without creating dependency—supporting you in standing more fully on your own.
The Middle Way Circle
Investment: $1,250
An intimate group container for accountability, clarity, and shared commitment. Move forward alongside others who are actively choosing growth.
The Middle Way Circle is a small, curated group designed for accountability, connection, and real forward movement. Each group includes 8–12 people and runs for approximately three months.
This is a space where clarity is sharpened through reflection—and commitment is strengthened through shared presence.
Inside the group, you’ll experience:
consistent accountability toward what matters most
deeper clarity through honest conversation and reflection
support from others who are actively engaged in their own path
These groups are intentionally limited in size to preserve depth and quality. Most programs fill through interest and referral and are offered on a waitlist basis.

About Jordan Parker
Jordan is committed to helping people break through stuck patterns and reconnect with what feels true and meaningful. In his work, he invites clients to question old stories, take responsibility for their lives, and find a middle way path—one that is practical, honest, and aligned with their inner truth.
Jordan’s work focuses on sustainable change, personal accountability, and a genuine commitment to healing. His approach weaves together several modalities, including psychodrama, internal family systems (parts work), circling, and intuitive focused coaching centered on what’s most alive in the moment.
At the heart of his work is a simple intention: to help clients find a middle way path that is endurable, empowering, and effective.
Jordan has devoted the past dozen years to his own personal transformation through significant spiritual inquiry, addiction recovery, peer-to-peer counseling, and extensive leadership experience in men’s groups focused on purpose, healing, and brotherhood. He has worked through his own personal challenges that have shown up over the years as significant anxiety disorders, chronic insomnia, recurring dark nights of the soul, substance & behavioral addiction, chronic fatigue, and digestive issues. These experiences have opened significant empathy and insight for working with his clients.
